Street gangs in Macedonia

In Stip, a small Punker gang with about 25 members that were about 17 or 18 years of age that went by the name of Buntovnici terrorized the town throughout 2004. They murdered several people, including a male teenager which was cut up into pieces and found in a garbage bag beside the mall. They usually carried out their attacks at night time and around the Bregalnica stadium and their headquarters being the abandoned discotechque beside the MakPatrol stations, where they brought random people that they have kidnapped, tortured them, raped them, drugged them with heroin and killed them. There's graffiti of the gang all over the side of the stadium, some being coded messeges of their fallen comrades. There's some on the back of the postal office behind the town square, and elsewhere.

In a raid on their hangouts, the police arrested all members and took them to the juvinile detention center in Skopje, and now they're older which means they've been moved to a federal prison where they will continue the remainder of their sentence.

In Skopje, there are tons of youth street gangs, here it's rare. There was gangs in Stip, usually every neighbourhood had gangs, the strongest one being MZ Novo Selo, but they all got disbanded after police action. Now gangs are rare, and organized crime has taken over the majority of youth, making them prone to violence, theft, property crimes, prostitution, drug trafficking and arms dealing(lol a 7th grader I know walks around with a loaded handgun the whole time and another I know sliced a kid's leg with a switchblade during a fight).

There's needles from heroin with HIV littering all over the top part of the Suitlak park where the trees are at, this being a popular place for youth to hang out during the summer it's a little worrying to some parents, but who gives a fuck. Parents beat their own kids and other people's kids so it doesn't really matter.

this is sad, under tito, there was never anything like this. our parks were clean, and junkies were almost non-existant.
