Living lavish in prison?

This is something I've seen a lot on tv, especially with Columbians. Some of it is just tv stuff, but I saw some real footage too. Is there other countries that have prisons where you can get away with this? I know in American movies they have showed the mob living this way, but doubt you could do that in America these days if ever at all.

Well maybe not exactly "lavish", but you get the picture. For prison that's lavish! lol I mean having damn near anything you want, exceot freedom.
