First it's the Russians, then the Italians, then the Balkan groups, in Europe.

If I had any say though, I'll just say that the Russian mafia is the strongest in the Balkans. But from the domestic groups, it's the Bulgarians, then the Serbs, then the Albanians.

Also note that 80% of the big crap that happens in the Balkans happens in the region of Macedonia, this being Northern Greece, Western Bulgaria and the Republic of Macedonia as well as parts of Southern Kosovo and Eastern Albania.

i put albanians first for various reasons not just because i am albanian myself.

i put the italians first because italians are a mixutre of all white groups (immigration during roman empire and after) and thus they flourished in every sense back than and still today. they are currently are the best in fashion (armani, hugo), cars (ferrari, lamborghini) and food (pizza, spaghetti, expresso, sauce and wine).

i put the germanics third because they dominate the world financially and are hard labourers and consistant pioneers in every sense from cars to politics to art.

i would probably put the jews fourth.

just for conversation, i should tell you your list contradicts itself a bit. you put the albanian mafia third in europe and third in the world but the albanian mafia's strength is 70% in europe alone counting turkey. it's the incredible strength the criminal clans have in europe that make them important enough to be included in a world ranking.

While Greek philosophy has played a large part in how Western nations function, I doubt you could name one influential Turkish philospher, or better yet; an Albanian one(since this conversation is actually about Albanians and Jews, not Greeks and Turks). For every single important Albanian you can name...there are a dozen or more Jews who fill equal, if not higher positions.

Now, I doubt you know much about philosophy other than that the Greeks had something to do with it.

Actually yes italians are latino. and so are hispanics, portuguese, spanish and french people. hundreds of years ago during the time of the roman empire, all these countries spoke the same language known as latin, romance or roman language. but after the roman empire fell each of these countries developed their own dialects of the latin language such as spanish and french. 75% of all latin speakers live outside of europe, mainly in central and south america.
