Does SUR tattooed on you mean you "put in work" while in prison?

That's what it's supposed to mean. Anyone who gets it out here and gets locked up.. has automatically volunteered to missions in order to properly earn the right to have that tat.

the word SUR on you means that you belong on a Sureño gang, in other words any gang with the X3 or 13.

True fools get that and Sureno 13 on them outside of L.A. but you not truly considered a SURENO 13 until you hit the pen n put in work your just a South Sider get it we all South Siders but but Surenos are the ones that are n the pen putting in work
