Can Israel defeat Iran in a war without any intervention from the United States or Britain? It looks like tension is extremely high between the two nations and Iran is trying to develop their own nuclear weapons with the assistance of China. Will this tension lead to another war?

I think that some sort of conflict is inevitable. As you said, the tenision is extremely high, and the israeli prime minister Netanyahou seems ademate about dealing withIran's nuclear threat. I doubt very seriously that if this ever happened, that the US would not assist Israel is some way in fighting against the Iranians.

Israel needs to leave Iran alone, period. The Persians have been around for a long time and they have a glorious past just like the Jews. Iranians are an Indo-European speaking people with quite a hight IQ. Iranians are smart, friendly, and intelligent people. Iran and Israel are far from each other I can assure you Iran will be is no walk in the park. I say let Iran have nukes since Israel already has them. With mutual assured destruction neither the two will risk annihilating each other back to the stone age. There needs to be a balance to Israel.
