What ever happened to the tager Miner ? Did anyone know him

There use to be this tagger back in the mid 80's named Miner, I met him back in 1985 when I first became an official resident of Cali from Cleveland, Ohio I was 14 years old back then. Miner he was pretty cool guy from what I remembered and I use to see him at the Beverly Center often when I went up there. He was a pretty popular tagger back then, you see his tags on buses on walls, stores, and at the Beverly Center when you go through those doors that you was not suppose to go through where everyone that tagged, tagged there. I was just wandering what he is doing now, he could be running a Fortune 500 Company for all I know. lol.

Miner is still around. I was him last in 2007 and he is still in LA doing well.

I KNEW THE ORIGINAL MINER FROM NEW YORK IN THE LATE 70'S EARLY 80'S HAD A CREW CALLED THE FORCE .. BIG UPS TO ALL THE REAL DEAL NEW YORK CREWS WHO MADE GRAFFITI WHAT IT WAS AND IS THE FOUNDING FATHERS OF GRAFF ALL HAILED FROM NYC , AND WERE ALL TRAIN SUBWAY ARTISTS AND BOMBERS . . . . .

I knew him a little. We were both regulars at the Pico-Sepulveda yard (a happening graff spot in West LA back in the day).

We was definately a prolific graffiti artist/writer. He was both a member of West Coast Artists and Sacred Reich/LADS ( a minor league gang that did alot of hit ups)

I didn't know he was part of SXR. He must of backed up from that scene once he went full fledge WCA.

Miner faded out around 89/90. I started seeing another kidwriting miner in the 2000s

Al do you remember me, I use to try to hit up tag with You, News, and Tyrone from New York, when I first moved to Cali officially from Cleveland in 1985, Summer of 1982, 83, 84 I use to come out to visit my My Mom for a few months before officially moving to Cali as an official resident. I could not graff worth crap, I tried I even had a week name that you all use to make fun of Capt. L, I would tag Capt.L You all would laugh in good fun, I was laughing with yall. Then I guess You and I went different gang paths, I had a family friend's who was on your set, I use run into you when you went from Alski to becoming Al B.
