The NY families likely have a ceremony just about every year in order to replace the guys that have died off. But just going with the recent years we know of...

The Colombos had ceremonies in 1997, 2004, and 2008 (where they made 6 new guys). And they were about to make 4 more guys last December before it was called off because of the feds being onto them. Since then at least two of the proposed guy's, Larry Sessa and Frank Guerra, have been imprisoned.

The Bonannos had ceremonies in 1996, 2001, 2004 (where a bunch of guys were made), and were about to have one in 2009 until the feds busted it.

The Luccheses had ceremonies in 1994, 1995 and 1996, 2001, 2005, and 2007.

The Gambinos had ceremonies in 2000, 2003, and 2008.

The Genovese made 9 guys in 2000, made another 2 in 2003, and had another ceremony in 2006.

According to the articles, Gentile had been a member for some time. Though there were conflicting reports whether he's a member of the Genovese or Gambino family. I don't think Parante is made.

Wasnt ralph pernas dad made too? Old guy, huge sportsbook he passed down to his kidds right?

How old was Al Trucchio when he was made. 21? amazing. He actually turned out to run a pretty tight ship. I know Frank Rocceforte, Mikey rocs brother. Frank is well-liked and respected but mikey "the roc" is fuck ING FEARED. That guys crazy, theres a story about him shooting an old timer in the stomach for telling him to smarten up after Ronnie T chewed him out for something. There was talk of him being a rat i read not to long ago after takedown day i think, anyways i can see it. He sure as hell aint gonna make much of a witness, but he'l be like a hector pagan kindof witness. Violent, pychopathic fucking maniac. Except hector was a pussy compared to m-roc maybe im biased because im from queens but hey...

Speaking of Pagan, who was his second body? I know he dropped that bizman who was in carlos crew under peter jock in brooklyn. I think it was a colombo on SI. Someone around the souzas who he had a major beef with. Hector told mike souza to fuck himself in the middle of a fucking diner. Not a good move, hes lucky the souzas didnt have any brains or he would have been dead. TG or not, you cant say dick to a made guy, thats rule no. 1, respect the rank.

The guy Pagan killed in during the robbery was James Donovan, a Lucchese associate. There's a guy over on the Real Deal who can answer a lot of questions about these guys, especially ones from Jersey. He'd have more info on Ralph Perna's father. I told David you sent him an email. Let me know if he gets back with you or not.
