Rollin 60s Crips, 30s & 40s all crossed out

I was rollin through RSC hood and noticed this wall near Western. It is a bit confusing because 30, 40s, and 60s are all crossed out. I understand that the 30s and 40s may have crossed each other out, but why are the 60 crossed out? Here is what it looks like to me:

1. 60s hit the wall first on the right side.

2. 30s hit it second

3. 40s hit it third

4. The RSC in blue

or

1. 40s hit the wall first and wrote 30K
2. the 60s hit the wall
3. someone crossed out 60 - not sure who
4. Then lastly RSC hit the wall in blue, but not clear why 30 & 40 are crossed out in same color.

RSC probably just wacking everybody else out showing that its 60 turf in that area and no one elses.... 60s are very territorial

although i've seen NHECC strike ups in 60s hood where F13 is crossed out.....


it looks like RSC retaliated with the wack outs because somebody initially wacked that 60 out...

probably the sheriffs or the police did it. they are trying to start stuff.

Its a bit confusing, hard to tell who wrote first and who crossed out what first. This is the LAPD area, so I dont think Sheriff would have been through here.

It was the LAPD why else would 30,40 and 60 be crossed out. and the tagging looks like they did not know how to tag.

Looks faded and buffed....also looks like 30/40/60 was struck up in black at the same time and wacked out in black at the same time, like an enemy set hit up their enemies (30/40/60) and wacked them all out....
