i would have ask them about history of the ws crip what were the capones gang in wich tookie belonged prior to meets raymond i would have ask them with a map to point out what were what in those days and what became what and when example those guys might know first generation 60's when they was cool with them and can tell u about how old they were compare to him and what is their age and background example a hustler set turning crips or a block club or a football team who knows since they 2 they can have a quite objectiv vision on every set how everything builded up and broke out in the westside anyway thanks for those eceptional interviews ...

Bacot said they started in 1970 and they didn't have a leader but tookie was his homeboy..big took said he didnt meet raymond washington until 1971 at the theater.......barefoot pookie say the smacks are the original west side crips and big took was in jail when they met Raymond Washington at the theater......the Inglewood crips say they were out before the original west side crips.......original Compton crips have no problem saying Mac Thomas was they leader and its the same with Raymond Washington and original east side crips......a lot of west side say tookie was just one of the homies and not they leader......when it comes to the west side there are a lot of different stories........saint Andrews (83gc) and 113th (block crip) are the original hangouts for west side crips

Take this with a grain of salt....but I was always told by older dudes that Tookie had other homeboys that were more feared/respected then him on the West side and that he started hanging out more in Compton for a reason. Now this is info that came word of mouth from uncles and older dudes I know that grew up in LA in the 60's & 70's.

With that...I have to give it to the older cats that were there and if they are not smokers or drunks...take their word for it. Seems like there are a bunch of different stories but...West side Crips was not the only thing going on the West side. So who really knows unless you were around then.

Tookie spent alot of time in Compton, and you heard Bacot say that Tookie was his homeboy, but if Tookie was living in the boys home in Compton, and he came to the park only on the weekends like Big Bob said, how would Tookie but put on I higher level to the guys out there 7 days a week? Barefoot Pookie was a few years younger than a bunch of original westside Crips, so I am not sure what he was doing between 1970 - 1973. But Tookie did bring the Westside Crip identity to the park. There is no doubt that he met Raymond, and Tookie went to him homies, and they embraced it.

Melvin Hardy and the Smaks and the Inglewood Crips came together to form the Westside Crips. (Read the Allhood issue).

Donald Sweet Back Archie was an Alcapone, so was Tookie. He brought Tookie to the 100s, introduced him to the Crips. Donald lived in the 80s, Tookie on 69th....Far from the Rio Theater on Western & Imperial in the 100s.

The Rio Theater, Washington High and 113th st was/were Ground Zero for WSC. Where it all started.

Then came St Andrews & Centinela Park....the next hang out spots for the WSC.

I bet money, if you dig into Hawk and Bacots back ground, they were from some pre-Crip gang Like Al Capone or Magnificent 7, and they join the Crips after the fact, just like Tookie. Theyre older then the Crip Founders, the got on board afterwards.....

The Smaks + Inglewood Crips + Alcapones = the Westside Crips.

Remember the Crips were turning out old Gangs, making the turn or enemies.

These two dudes are 4 and 2 years older then Raymond and Melvin. Think about it. That's a big difference when your a teenager. Why you running with little kids? They got caught up in the wave......

they were there in the very beginning. They hung out and knew all the people you mention, they both went to Washingto HS, and know all those cats. You just never heard of them. Everyone know three name, Raymond Washington, Jamel Barnes, and Stanley Tookie Williams, but there were people who went to prison whose names got lost in the story.

I don't give Tookie or Jimel credit for anything......the ones who's names got lost, got lost for reasons...a lot of these dudes turn rat, didn't push Crip in prison, hung up there blue rag in for the bible , the Quran or joined BGF....Only the strong stayed Crip and pushed it when they hit prison, they had no numbers, the first wave to hit prison, so most folded under pressure, Raymond Washington and a choosen few stayed Crippin in Prison and went against the grain......I'm not sure what Bob , Bacot and the other lost names did while on prison...you'll have to ask them.....

Bacot aint in tookie book but he is in monsta kody's book .........tookie is crazy......wolf from brims tried to recruit tookie at bret harte years before he met raymond washington.....the smaks and al capones aint mentioned in his book at all.....he said crip started in 1971 when he met raymond washington at washington high.....he said after choosing through a list of names the name crib was chosen....melvin hardy is in tookie book.......he said melvin wanted to call crips the snoopy's.....then he said munson rejected raymond washington from the avenues gang and it forced him to form his own gang and called it the cribs.....i thought he said they did it together.....exactly......then he said melvin tried to take over wsc when he went to jail and buddha held a lit cigarette to his face and asked him did he think he was tookie........tookie made himself a leader through self promotion but he is not a founder and made Melvin seem like the founder of 113 block not westside crip..........then he said Raymond washington kicked melvin in the ass so hard crips around the corner thought it was a gunshot saying raymond didnt like melvin and other self appointed leaders forming they own set......original crips are original eastside crips period.....never understood how the infamous Melvin hardy is never talked about........maybe because 113 block aint that big.......alot of sets find it hard to believe ws crip started in they turf because they small.....tookie said Melvin had the heart of a lion and his house on 113 was westside crip headquarters.......it speaks for itself Melvin hardy was in leadership position......there are a lot of holes in tookie book and some things made sense......to be the leader of the westside i thought it would be more about the 60 83 30 and other westside sets......he spoke on the harlems hoovers and budlong......this is strange because he said all westside sets come from him.....he said ronnie and donnie started budlong but who started 60's 83 111 and ugc?......we know sidewinder started 83 but he aint in the book either only juice and hillbilly......he said black johnny started 43gc. Little james started 118 peewee started jordan downs and a.b started the pj's......there just isnt enough westside in the book.......he didnt say nothing bad about barefoot pookie but made big james and the harlems seem soft even though other harlems say big james was influenced by the eastside......tookie said his main spots were the pj's jordan downs avalon gardens and the grandees.......being the westside leader you would think it would be saint andrews the 100's or the 60's......ijs....lil tookie is from PJ watts just like one of Raymond Washington sons is from 111 nhc........he ran the boys home in compton from 1973 to 1976 and said him and killer carl turned the swamp boys into swamp crips......certain compton sets are left out because he wasnt welcomed in compton by all compton crips.....he seemed real tight with carver park but he never mentioned mona park.......anybody from compton or the street know mpcc and cpcc were tight since the early 1970's.......alot of og's from mona park didnt like tookie because he wasnt mac thomas.....for some reason I believe his version of how cribs became crips.....

Get the Allhood Magazines....you can buy them on this site.....breaks it all down....

Don't know how you can created the WESTSIDE CRIPS when you where in Central Juvenile Hall when it started, don't know how you the leading the Westside, when your whole career was in Compton, the Eastside and in Banning........

Melvin Hardy and the Snoopies comments, was nothing but a jab at the Smaks..he dissing....he was enviest and jealous ofMelvin and Barefoot Pookie....they had more influence over the Westside then Tookie....and he coukdnt stop it......that's why WSC broke apart in 1973 into sets Melvin, Pookie and all the old Smaks created....

Notice Tookie has no Westside Crip v Blood Stories....no Brims, no Lanes no nothing...all he talks about is Pirus in Comptoncuz that's where he was.....

The Bacot IN monsters book is the lil brother of the Bacot IN this video....

Tookie didn't speak on 60s much because of Lil Fee stabbing him.....Tookie don't/didn't like 60s.......60s march to the beat of their own drums.....take no orders.....Tookie wasn't feeling that....

Sidewinder is mentioned in 'Blue rage.black redemption'

He never said ALL west side sets started because of him. He said got locked up after they went to fight the rebel rousers and when he got he out Buddha told him WSC had broke into different sets. He didn't like it and wanted to ambush all the cliques, but said he could learn to live with it

I noticed he left a lot of of the book too or used only initials for certain people's name...a lot of shit doesn't add up. He shows love for Melvin one second, then makes dude seem like a bitch the next.

Watch Tookie's 'American Gangster' episode. Can't remember the guy's name (Bob Shaw jr. I think)...but he said Tookie grabbed a Mona Park nigga by the chin with one hand and lifted dude clean off the ground.

@xxx I thought he was 8-Tray or at least affiliated because he supposedly ordered a hit on a 60 and got cut by Lil Fee (which wasn't mentioned in his book) but those were probably isolated incidents.

Who are you to question anybody's honor..

Must we go over your resume again?

A French Asian conartist who pretends to be a Black/Mexican kid from the Streets of Compton who loves eating Tacos, salsa dancing, scuba diving while fantasizing about Tookie oiling your body up lighting candles and praying to your Asian ancestors....nigga slap yourself before I repost all that shit.....stay in your lane....

Your a disgrace to you Family, you bring dishonor to your Asian Heritage...I bet if your daddy knew the shenanigans your were pulling off for the past 10years, hell make you fall on your samurai sword to get the family honor back.....running around Paris in your little fag hat with a bunch of Algerians and Africans pretending your in Compton.....

Xxx and Casper you niggas beef is fucking hilarious!
I think it was a Swan that he had drinking piss....double check though

As far as tookie lifting the Mona Park nigga off his feet I don't know if it's true or not,but I doubt dude would get on the documentary saying outrageous shit like that. He mentioned beating down a few people in the book, but he didn't give names or what lead up to it. CC not fucking with him? I think he would've mentioned that. He made it seem like they bowed down to him. What year did Mac Thomas die?

How come Tookie has never been challenged on his claims of being the 'King' of WSC and the co-founder of the crips? After all these years somebody would've called him out on his fairy tales. Baycot and Hawk didn't say he was a liar, they said WSC had cliques but they came together when need be.
