Is this Mexican Pete from Santa Blocc Compton Crip? This pic is from 1987, but he was killed in 1991. There are actually two Hispanics and I am certain one of them was Mexican Pete.

He really was Mexican and got put on his hood at age 12. (Around 1980-1981) JU-JU was the first Mexican to join though. Pete only lasted about less than 10 years before he was killed by close enemies "Elm st. Pirus" on Rose St. In Compton.. he served some time in Y.A as I recall. His story is very unique and uncommon he wasn't the only non black from his hood though... Pete only dated and slept with black women, he has a mixed daughter. Most Mexicans from there turned C.V Willow later on but Pete was loyal and only got down for THE 'TANA. As for Twin, Angelo Daniel, he was in his 20's in this pic'. He got killed in '87, gruesome. Lil' Bus is still alive not that much info on him. More info just holla'

Pete was from Rose St. So no matter what he was gonna grow up with 'TANA's.. So he might have hooked up with them at 11-12ish. He grew up with them so was trusted. And back then if you lived in their territory you can bang the hood as long as you were down! It was crip hood so that's who he got to bang with... And back then wasn't like today you were considered a "man" at an early age.. In this pic he was 15 so he was already busting brains with OG's. he was a B.G later turned O(riginal)B(aby)G(angsta) cause he was from the original days. He got killed at 22, sadly. He went down in crip history cause he wasn't frontin' Preemo was about THAT life. As for O.S.G Turtle he was from Texas and got caught up in the mix when he moved to Compton, CA-and had no choice but to put it down! He got killed in Lynwood in 1989, though... No info on who might have done it-. But pete got killed by Piru's not Sureños like some people believe ... - ask me new questions and ill try my best to answer them with honesty and no fairy tale shit I won't answer nothing I don't know about .. Amazing and interesting in equal mesure, but very hard to really understand for the french grown man that I am... Because I grow up up in a french project too, but my first aim was to leave it by any means necessary, and I was far from being ready to die for such a shit hole ! Different country, different hood, different mentality I guess...
The pics of Turtle you posted amazed me because I've seen others pics of him here (in front of a red Impapala) and he looked as a muscular guy, maybe more récents pics (and after doing time and weight lifting maybe).
Are you from their original Hood to know so much about it ? Do you consider them as the dream team of the SBCC, or are they "just" the pioneers ? Do they became real Hood legends for the youngsters ? Do you think they managed to save enough money (I mean for their familly), or were they some kind of "idealistics gangsters" with (maybe a bit too much) pride for their Hood, that were not money motivated ? How deep were the SBCC in total ? Do those spoken above were the most colorful characters or the leaders ? Who do you think was in charge of the whole SBCC ? Was it only Turtle ? Did you meant this JU-JU guy was deported to Mexico ? How can you be sure he was the first non-black crip ? So much cop-style questions ! So only answer those you feel confortable with...

thanks a lot i would like to ask few question about those days ..do you remember what started the war with adc also i always heard that turtle got set up by adc cripelette but seems everyhood have a version some would say grapes but you right who really know the truth ..its me that said pete got killed by sur because thats what i heard but you know better by the way im from france too like karim im also an og from paris project gangs i have family in compton that why i know a lil bit about your city i was ther in 70's 80's than came back in the 90's last time i visit was in 03 so i have no first hand info basicely i get most my info from friend and internet so off course you will know better
