I think the official name is "18th Street Hollywood Gangsters" and there are clicks under that. Tiny Locos is a click. Everyone from here falls under the same name. So the HGS is not really a click but part of the name of the gang.

I still have a hard time understanding how 18th Street works, with all their cliques and hang-outs

so when I used to go my homeboys to 54th and main/broadway, in the mid 1980s, those were 18 tiny winos but the hangout was 54Locos??
