4blocc is the blocc next to six hood i mean just north of six and they in front even share with mona willimngton 124 is their south but the willowbrook side to me was alway mona park i mean from 124 to 118 in willowbrook both side of the track its mona but they seems to exist with mona all over their hood

The 4 blocc's out grew 6 hood even though the 6 was out first ......They all fall within Mona Park boundaries just like 7stWC.....These 2 gangs are crazy because of CV124 and CV126 who ironically bang the same street (somewhat simular to WVG and WBLC)
Mona boundaries are suppose to be 117st to El Segundo with Wilmington ave as the dividing line between them and the Carver Parks.......

from what i remember the tracc side of their hood is mona owned when i went there in 03 i saw them mostly posted in front of the mall on the north of their hood
