you may be right i heard ofa stands for Oxford ave and they claim 12th and Oxford right off western i don't know when they started claiming 13 but i see it along western also around Alvarado and James M Wood alot. I think theirs a Orphans13 around that area but im pretty sure Ofa13 is that same tagging crew that be hitting up along western and pico i think Orphans13 hit up Ophs13 or some shit

How long have they been using the 13? Either way 10th ave and Washington is not their hood. I been hanging around that area since early 2000s and never seen 1. For years now Loas have been claiming that area but i never seen 1 and now they are crossing out Bps. Tik be hitting up all over like a tagging crew and are not a threat in my opinion. My family stayed off 21st and 10th ave for a long time and i never heard of them. There were gang members at that adult school on 8th and Washington but never heard of Tik.

Well in the early 2000s, R20s and Drifters(3rd ave) were around Washington and 3rd ave. There was another gang around the block on Arlington and 21st but i believe they were Harpys so Tik were not holding down that area. Alot of gangs have came and gone from that area but never held it down for long except for Bps and 20s.
