From the info i got the pod was mainly filled with nortenos and blacks, the southerner didnt want to be put in the pod stating " he would get killed ". Is that a Lawsuit?

That’s a result of mixing SNY and GP together.

I read a couple articles from cnn and fox and this was the reason given, they could be wrong though, do you have any articles that provide a different story LA resident?

Like LA Resident said thats a 50/50 yard is what they call them now were they mix SNY/GP inmates together...They had no business mixing active Nortenos with active Sureno's...Either way Nortenos on a Sureno or Vise Versa Ive seen it happen more then once and thats CDCR's fault and yes a Lawsuit is in ordered if they pursue it. 8)

i heard even a few yrs before 50 50 yards were a thing they would send drop out nortenos to fire camps and some prisons and they would be punked or ordered aeound by the active surenos.
