lord street boys

Many neighborhoods can not maintain themselves with the level of competition. They may get pulled into other neighborhoods or they just fade out. Only discuss those areas from LOS ANGELES that are gone.

"In a little neighborhood on Pomeroy Avenue, just a block from L.A County-USC Medical Center, the closest we had to a resident gang in the 1980s were the Lord street Boys, named after Lord Street, Jesse recalled."

Anyone have any info on this defunct gang? The article stated there was another defunct gang out in east los angeles called, "The Rebels", I dont think they had any relation to the "Rebels 13" out in west hollywood, unless i'm mistaken and Rebels 13 use to have a click out in east los..
