Cedar Block Piru in Compton
Brief History:
CBB is a Blood gang from the west side of Compton, CA that has been active since about 1980. They are approximetly south of Rosecrans Avenue and north of W Arbutus Street between the Compton Creek and Elm Street. Part of their neighborhood overlaps with the Tree Top Pirus. Their closest Crip rival are Palmer Blocc Compton Crips just south of Palmer Street.

The rapper The Game, who released his first album, The Blockumentary on January 18, 2005 on Aftermath/G-Unit/Interscope records is from this neighborhood, and has mentioned it in music. For example in the song 300 Bars & Runnin' he said, I ain't hot top for colors, I'm from Cedar Block
So I got my hot tops that make your breathing stop. The debut album reached #1 on the charts in the US, sold 2.3 million copies in the US and 5.2 million world wide. Singles include "Westside Story", "How We Do", "Hate It or Love It", "Dreams", and "Put You on the Game."
