East Coast Crips in Los Angeles County

The East Coast Crips are not a specific street gang but an alliance of several different gang identities in Los Angeles County in three different jurisdictions. The creation of Raymond Washington’s Eastside 62 Street Crips around 1976, spawned the alliance now known as the East Coast Crips. Many of the gangs that joined the East Coast Crip’s alliance had already existed since the early 1970s under different names, such as the Q102 Towne Street Boys and the 69 Shack Boys. Many of the East Coasts Crips sets also have a second alliance either with the Neighborhood Crips or Blocc Crips. The following is a list of all the East Coasts sets in Los Angeles County.
