The 59 Hoover were once highly visible between Slauson Avenue (north) to Gage Avenue (south) between Vermont Avenue and the Harbor 100 Freeway (east) but demographic changes in this neighborhood has seen a majority Black neighborhood turn into a majority Hispanic neighborhood.

Man all this talk on who was doing what back in the gap it really dont mean anything today. I really hope that one day we can change our mind set and see the error of our ways.
