62 Neighborhood East Coast Crips [62ECC, Six Duce, 62 NH ECC], are a predominately African-American street gang located on eastside of South Los Angeles in the area near 62nd Street and Main. Parts of their turf are west of Main Street to the Harbor 110 Freeway which is considered the “westside” but they maintain an Eastside identity.
Most indications suggest that the Six Duce East Coasts Crips are the first Neighborhood (NHC) Crip set on the eastside of Los Angeles and the creation of this set by Raymond Washington in 1976/77 inspired the creation of the East Coast Crips alliance in which other older gangs eventually joined, such as Q102 Boys, 76 Shack Boys and 69 Shack Boys.
They are also a part of the smaller Six Pacc, an alliance of other East Coast Crip sets in the immediate area from Slauson to Florence.
