    OVGC are turn’t down. . I used to live in the valley and the only black gang that comes to mind and puts in work are the 2P’s, besides that its the hispanics. I can’t even vouch for no crip gangs out there. I will say OVGC is probably the oldest crip gang that way, but they OFF DECK!
