East Coast Crips is a predominately African-American street gang affiliation consisting of several independent street gangs, based mostly in Los Angeles. There was a short-lived East Coast Crips set in Pomona during the late 1980s and early 1990s.

there actually was East Coast Crip. I am 38 and grew up in Pomona in late 80’s and early nineties when the crime and murder rate was at its worst ever. Im hispanic but I know east coast crip had a small click on the east side of pomona south of san bernadino blvd and just west of indian hill on a small street across from the lil league park. i used to play baseball and see graffiti and gang fights in the park. there was also Main street crip which was in the apartments in front of indian hill mall near karesh street. alot has changed. there were so many gangs alot of k-ingg glad things are better
