Kershaun “Lil Monster” Scott speaks on 20 years after the LA Riots

SOUTH LOS ANGELESKershaun “Lil Monster” Scott grew up in the neighborhood that was the flashpoint of the Los Angeles Civil unrest of 1992 came and out to commemorate this historic evenr 20 years later. According to him, not much as changed over the years. This neighborhood is claimed by the Eight Tray Gangster Crips and members from this neighborhood were involved in the beating of trucker Reginald Denny.

    We cant just hope others will do the right thing. Those who practice unethical behavior are victims to their society. Thats including police and government. People need to understand this. The question is, how do we solve this? If you tell a starving child not to steal because it is wrong, then do nothing and walk away. What will he do?
