Residents of the Jordan Downs who have been affiliated with the Grape Street Crips discuss the peace treaty that many Watts gang participated in during the 1992 cease fire, the gang injunction imposed on their neighborhood and possible peace with their rivals, East Coast Crips, which started in late 2007 and early 2008.
