South Los Angeles – Edmund aka “Crazy Ed” talks gang life in South Los Angeles during 1980s from his old home on 78th and Stanford where he grew up. He became a member of the East Side Mad Swan Bloods during the late 1970s but he also took on a dual identity with the Blood Stone Villains later, another eastside Blood neighborhood.
He gravitated towards the streets when he was 10 years old and was heavily involved in gang life during the entire 1980s and beyond. In 2006 he produced the DVD “G.A.N.G. Ghetto Anger Notorious Gangsta’s” which was about changing the trajectory of gang life in Los Angeles.
