Man killed on Compton street corner

According to LA Times, Sheriff homicide investigators were responding to a shooting that left a man dead on a Compton street corner on Tuesday December 22.
The murder occurred shortly between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. at the corner of 156th Street and Central Avenue. The victim was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
It was not determined if this was a gang-related shooting, but this intersection is frequented by several gangs including Tragniew Compton Crips, Compton Varrion 155 and Original Block Piru.
It’s like a self-cleaning oven that nobody wants.
