How 70 Blood gangs exist in a pool of over 200 Crip sets

But let?s seriously consider the issue and I have a few theories I?d like to share. From their first inception, the many Blood armies bonded on a level, totally foreign in implementation amongst the many Crip armies. With the bleak and dire situation of the odds being stacked against them, the Blood armies were more pragmatic in their consolidation; unlike their rival counterparts ? the Crips. The Bloods literally believed in an all for one, and one for all and early on, as the drive-by?s of the 1980?s took the gang warfare to another level entirely, many Blood armies clicked-up in a consolidated effort to thump back the onslaught by the large Crip armies. Take for instance the MSB?s (Madd Swan Bloods) and the NHFB (Neighborhood Family Bloods). These two Blood armies are surrounded by many Crip armies, such as the East Coast Crips, Main St. Crips, Kitchen Crips, and the Avalon Crips. And to be successful in maintaining their livelihood, the MSB?s and NHFB?s clicked up, making a new generation of cap-peelers, calling themselves the FSB?s (Family Swan Bloods). And now, with their new numbers, combined strength, and raw aggression, the FSB?s have been successful in their counter-stroke efforts in keeping the Crip armies in check.

But this phenomenon of Blood armies fighting side by side with each other has now spreaded. Take the NHB?s and the BPS?s for instance. They have declared open warfare on some of the same enemies, taking their battle agenda to the next level. The 54st Brims and the 62st Brims, have done the same. The Outlaws Blood?s and the Blood Stone Piru?s are clicked up. In fact, all across the city of Angels, Blood armies have consolidated and battled against the rival armies entrenched around their respective borders. The second motivating factor I believe that?s instrumental to the Blood armies continuing existence in a pool of over 200 Crip armies, is due to explosive atmosphere of Crip on Crip warfare. To each Crip army which exists inside Los Angeles, they more than likely have a Crip rival. And some of the bloodbaths amongst the Crip rivals are twice that of the traditional Blood-vs-Crips.
Today, approximately 95% of the Crip armies, in and outside the city of Angels, have been pulled down and have become caught up in the deep rooted quagmire of Crip-vs-Crip warfare. The tribalism amongst the Crip factions is so steep, their strength to bear on the Blood armies around them, have become diluted. Take for instance the many West Side Crip armies in Los Angeles – from the Rollin 30?s, the School Yard Crips, the Venice Shore Line Crips, on the deep North and on the West Side of L.A., to the Shot Gun Crips and the Pay Back Crips on the far South end of the city of Angels, all have one thing in common: they fight Crips. And in some instances, some of these same Crip armies only fight Crips.
Take the Hoover criminals, formerly known as the Hoover Crips: They fought so many Crip armies across the city, that they made a conscious decision to alter their neighborhood away from the orbit of Cripping, to that of neutrality ? neither Blood or Crip ? but Criminal. They even changed their color of Crip-blue, to orange. It?s my humble opinion, with the Bloods consolidated effort, coupled with the Crip armies continuance in-house warring, that the 70 Blood armies will continue to exist and thrive as they have been. It doesn?t mean that my assumptions are remotely correct, its just something that I have a strong propensity in believing.
Who knows, maybe the 70 Blood armies are much more treacherous that their Crip rivals, thus ensuring their survival. Whatever the dynamics that are involved in this mystery in the numbers, one thing is for sure: The Bloods are stronger than ever before. They?ve come a long way in their disposition. And just the opposite, the many Crip armies are just that much more fragmented ? from the streets to the jails, the Crip armies view each other openly with hostility. Their division of tribalism, may be the source of the Bloods strength. Who knows? But what we do know, is that the 70 Blood armies inside the (Home of the Body Bags) are here to stay. And despite all the Crip armies, with an odd of 3-1, with their in-house fighting have made the playing field some what equal. Maybe its in the stars, or maybe its something that?s so minute, that we?ve over looked it. In what ever it is, I?m still going to rep that ?B? gang like the world is on my shoulder.
