"FTW" graffiti of a sureno Hispanic gang that may be a copy cat gang fashioned after a Los Angeles gang. The valley of Los Angeles' area code "818" is written on the bottom, and the "XIII" that represents 13 is also a Los Angeles trait. The names of the gang members are "Wino" and "Chino."
