Rapper Lloyd Banks arrested in Canada

NEW YORK – Rapper Lloyd Banks was arrested in Canada during the weekend after he and three associates allegedly assaulted and robbed a concert promoter.
According to reports, Banks (real name: Christopher Lloyd) performed at Club NV in Brantford, Ontario, on Friday. A dispute later ensued at a local hotel over his fee.
All four men, Banks, Shaun McGee, Tyrell Cooper and Nicholas Sloan are all in custody in Kitchener’s District 1 police station facing possible charges of assault, robbery and forced confinement. They made a video court appearance on Sunday afternoon and were due to reappear in early this week.
