Floyd Mayweather Jr. & Sugar Shane Mosley are introduced for their May 1, 2010 bout

LOS ANGELES – At LA Live in downtown Los Angeles, boxers Floyd “Money” Mayweather & Sugar Shane Mosley (46-5) are introduced for their May 1, 2010 bout in Las Vegas. The fight is being promoted by Oscar de la Hoya’s Golden Boy Promotions and is beleived to be one of the biggest pay-per-view events in several years. Mayweather, the only undefeated fighter with more than 30 wins, has stayed busy with other activities such as competing on “Dancing with the Stars” and commercial with Bill Curtis from A&E. He is considered the one of the world’s pound-for-pound best boxers and he is a 1996 US Olympian.

Mosley has six world titles in the lightweight, welterweight, and jr. middle weight divisions. He is the current WBA Welterweight champion of the world and has wins against De la Hoya, Ricardo Mayorga, and most recently stopped Antonio Margarito.
