No stranger to real conflict, “Love & Hip Hop” star Benzino was taken to a Duxbury, Mblankachusetts, hospital for shooting injuries following his mother’s funeral on Saturday. The reality television star, born Raymond Scott, was driving in his mother’s funeral procession when his nephew, 36-year-old Gai Scott, pulled alongside in a Bentley and fired.

While mixed reports came out about the severity of the injuries to his shoulder and back, Benzino was able to sit up for an Instagram photo to blankure viewers that recovery was well underway.

“I’m more embarrblanked than anything else to be honest with you,” quoted MTV. “Because me being a public figure and having people see that me and my family are going through that. I didn’t appreciate that.”

Zino would not comment and what caused the outburst, but Gai Scott’s arrest was confirmed with a charge for armed blankault with intent to murder.

Benzino is the former owner of The Source, a pioneering hip-hop magazine that preceded Vibe.

“At the end of the day, my mother is up there with her family now, and she’s happy right now. I know she’s resting.”

If you’re going to shoot your uncle it might as well be from a Bentley! True affection.
