James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond faced an arrest warrant last week for alleged involvement in a cocaine distribution operation but without being provided a copy of the warrant or charges, he has yet to turn himself in.

The Smoking Gun posted an indictment against Khalil Abdullah, an associate at the music mogul’s Czar Entertainment company, who “did knowingly and intentionally conspire to distribute and possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance,” namely cocaine. According to AllHipHop, the drug organization regularly shipped the drugs via overnight delivery services and road cases to recording studios in New York, and the millions of proceeds were sent back to various mailboxes in Los Angeles and on the West Coast, coated in mustard and vacuum sealed to throw off drug detection dogs.

Rosemond’s brother Kesner has pleaded guilty to cocaine distribution charges and faces at last 15 years in prison, while another man is cooperating with the DEA. Rosemond, who fostered the careers of such stars as Akon and Game, is reported face his own sentencing next month. He was previously accused of having a hand in Tupac Shakur’s shooting in 1994 and has supported the candidacy of both Wyclef Jean and his opponent Michel Martelly in the campaign for the Haiti presidency.
