Rapper Fabolous’ Name Brought Up In Murder Case

On March 13th 2010, 22-year-old rapper Greg “G-Baby” Brown was murdered at a nightclub in Queens New York. Minutes before Brown was shot, rapper Fabolous was caught on a surveillance tape, exiting the same nightclub. Fabolous has not become a strong interest in the murder case. Police have not yet questioned the Brooklyn native rapper, according to the New York Daily news.

Police described the even to the New York Daily News, “[Fabolous] is about to get in the car as the shooting goes down”.

According to the victim’s family, the two rappers were familiar with each other, and had past issues with one another. but they had allegedly put their differences behind them.

“My son was going to talk to Fab in a car, and he got shot three times,” said Roxanne Brown (Brown’s mother). “I don’t know what’s going on. I just want to know who killed my son.”

New York Daily News tried to contact Fabolous’s representation and his lawyer but neither would comment.
