A few months ago, Lloyd Banks was arrested assault, robbery, and forceful confinement after a concert in Ontario, Canada. Following his release and his return to the states, everything seemed to be going smoothly except for the threat of legal problems still associated with the incident.

Banks is in luck, recently when Justice Michael Epstein dismissed all of the charges against the rapper.

“After a careful and neutral evaluation of the facts,” said Banks’ US attorney, Scott Leemon ESQ. “It is good to see that the system actually works. With this finally behind him, Banks looks forward to coming back to Canada soon.”

Banks spoke to VladTV recently regarding the dismissal. “It is easier on the mind”, he said. “With all that behind him he will now focus on his music.”

“Now more records get made, you know what I’m saying?” added Banks. “I was able to go back to Canada about three months ago and now it’s official. All the promoters that were thinking twice, think three times because now I’m back baby.”
