Meek Mill seemed in good spirits receiving his punishment for bad public behavior, on top of breaking probation that stemmed from drug dealing and gun possession dating back to 2008. When he took to venting to his 3 million some Twitter followers who then threatened a judge over the summer, the 26-year-old rapper was ordered to attend etiquette school.

The rapper gave his first words on coming out of those classes this week. “I just felt like I went through it, I handled it,” quoted the Philadelphia Inquirer. “I just been trying to do everything I gotta do and remain straight.”

The head of the Madison School of Etiquette and Protocol in Huntingdon Valley was also impressed. After only one four-hour session, Gail Madison reported that “he had a firm grasp of the information,” which included proper handshaking, eye contact, dressing for success, international protocol, domestic behavior and impression management.

Although he was denied permission to move to Miami, Meek was rewarded with an extended period to travel and tweeted, “I graduated etiquette class….. Now I can spit these bars more properly!”
