A year after pushing a woman out of a moving vehicle, Gucci Mane is still haunted by repercussions of that incident. The rapper had picked up a woman in Atlanta in January 2011 and propositioned her to return to his hotel room; her refusal while in transit led to Gucci to push her out of his Hummer, for which he served six months in prison on a guilty plea. Now the victim, Diana Graham, is suing him for mental anguish, pain and emotional distress in the amount of nearly $60 million.

Gucci Mane may very well have considered it a losing battle, as he was discovered to have given false testimony. His failure to show up in court resulted in the Georgia judge ruling in Ms. Graham’s favor, awarding $58,161.24 for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering. According to TMZ, if the rapper does not settle the debt, Ms. Graham may collect on her claim by accessing his cars, bank accounts, and other assets. A statement has not been forthcoming from Gucci’s representatives.
