After being arrested last month in Las Vegas for being caught with narcotics, the dreamy-voiced Bruno Mars recently received an official felony charge for drug possession.

On September 19th, Mars (real name Peter Gene Hernandez), performed a concert at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Afterwards, a bathroom attendant noticed that Mars was taking a little too much time in one of the stalls at the venue. He notified security and they found Mars red handed. The the 25 year old singer was released from jail the next morning on a bond.

The Hawaiian native singer is expected to appear in court in November to face his looming charges. If he is convicted, he could wind up with a four year jail sentence and five grand in fines. On the upside, Entertainment Weekly reported that Nevada law states that these kind of convictions should result in a suspended sentence and probation for first-time offenders with no prior convictions.

Bruno Mars’ single Just The Way You Are topped the Billboard 100 charts for the past two weeks.

Wow! That is simply fu##### rediculous! Too long is the stall??? Maybe he was pinching a turd!?!?! I mean really… This “bathroom attendant”(probably some informant) needs to do his job and MIND his own bizz. Keep those hand towels fresh, stock the mint tray and shut up. I have never heard of such a thing. …ever! I do not under any circumstances condone doing coke but its not like he was snorting lines off of the bathroom counter. Holly cow!
