Shyne Accuses 50 Cent of Snitching on Irv Gotti

Shyne accused 50 Cent of snitching to destroy Irv Gotti’s career, but the reveal only seems to be hurting his own image.

According to Shyne’s interview exclusive with AllHipHop, Fiddy called upon the police for protection after a scuffle with Murder Inc. and fed his extra security hires information of Gotti’s business dealings the drug dealer Kenneth “Supreme” McGriff. At the time, Fiddy was writing raps for Diddy.

“I swear to God he was in Daddy’s House in the lounge and he had security. He hadn’t sold one record. He hadn’t even put an album out… 50 Cent was nobody, nobody knew who he was,” said Shyne to imply that there was no other reason for Fiddy to need so much protection as an unknown unless he had been snitching.

But commentators made an exception to the rule of not calling cops, that is when you have already suffered physical harm with very real threats to come, as 50 Cent’s well-known scars have attested to. The Hip-Hop public only seems to admire Fiddy more for his panache to survive, while Shyne works to regain a leg up on rap after a decade in prison with his newly released “Gangland” tape.
