Rapper PITBULL is facing legal action from nightclub bosses after allegedly pulling out of a performance at the last minute.
The Miami hip-hop rapper, Armando Christian Perez, has been hit with a lawsuit from the owners of El Potrero in Cudahy, California, who claim they paid the star $28,000 to perform live in May 2009.
They claim Pitbull turned up on the day of the event but wasn’t satisfied with the venue’s sound equipment and canceled the show just four hours before he was due to take the stage.
El Portrero bosses allege Pitbull failed to return the $28,000 payment and are now seeking $80,000 in losses for the cancellation, according to TMZ.com.
