Another member of Odd Future is garnering negative headlines for a performance this week. Tyler the Creator was videotaped smashing equipment and gesticulating aggressively at a sound engineer while heading off stage from his concert at the Roxy nightclub yesterday.

The West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department told TMZ that security staff contacted the deputies, saying that Tyler Okonma had destroyed an electric soundboard belonging to the venue, and as the cops escorted the performer to a radio car, “the crowd exiting the venue became angry and rushed into the street, towards deputies.” Sunset Boulevard was closed for half an hour, officers armed with bean-bag guns and helicopters circling overhead, until the crowd was dispersed without injury.

While the 20-year-old tried to deny his arrest, tweeting, “The F***? I Wasnt In No Jail Or Arrested Or Nothing,” it is reported that Tyler was only released this morning shortly after being held in custody on suspicion of felony vandalism on $20,000 bail.
