Eighteen Street in Los Angeles County
Many look at 18th Street as one monolithic super-gang whether its on a local, national or international scale but 18th Street is more of an identity that several unconnected neighborhoods fall under. Similar to the Crip or Blood identity, 18th Street is not one gang. Even on a micro scale in Los Angeles, the 20 different 18th Street gangs do not operate as one, are not unified, nor do they even all know each other, so they should be looked at as individual independent autonomous gang neighborhoods.
There are those different 18th Street neighborhoods that interact and socialize with each other because of close geographic proximity but most 18th Street factions are dispersed through out the County and each neighborhood has their own specific territory and their own unique enemies.
The following is list of most of the 18th Street gang neighborhoods throughout Los Angeles County. Some of the 18th Street neighborhoods even have a unique name, such as the 18th Street gang in Hollywood; 18th Street Hollywood Gangsters, which is not a click name, but the actual name of the gang. The clicks that fall under that gang are the Tiny Locos and Tiny Winos.

The origin of Eighteen Street Gang it all began in North Hollywood, the San Fernando Valley, at North Hollywood Elementary. There were two school yard bullies from a cool, dangerous, tough gang named MS 13. They started to punk two scrawny weenies for their lunch money every day or else would give them knuckle sandwiches. The scrawny weenies and a bigger fat kid who loved chocolate cake decided not to pay up anymore. They said we should be cholos and make up a funny name like 17 + 1 = 18. And that is how 18th Street started the end.
