      First of all once upon a time there was two gangs that existed in the Burbank area not including playboys as a kid growing up on the west side of Glendale I never once seen or heard about Burbank13 I did manage to see gang members from Elmwood when they used to be on the lake and spacer I guess the poor side of town. As I grew older I seen the Elmwood gang get completely smashed to the point that a tagging crew “RBP” was formed in the heart of there “hood” the only down gangster EWD had was some Ni66ah. And even he bowed down to the West side Locos gang in the 2000 EWD started catching major blues Manny got ked and beat smart guyed. So the WEST SIDE LOKOS gang has over run the area and now control. As for BTR damn come on that gang ain’t even around just a couple of armos here an there. It’s funny these small time criminals are but gone and the ones that are out monitored and tracked
