Pacoima Lev Boys (PLV) were a predominately Hispanic stoner street gang in the Pacoima neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley in the City Los Angeles, California. This neighborhood died out in the 1980s and became occupied by the Pacoima Knock Knock Boys.
