Varrio Poorside was a predominately Latino street gang in the Monterey Park are of Los Angeles County. The were active during the 1970s and into the early 1980s.

    Lomas was really big back in the 70s.They were everywhere Alhambra and Monterey Park too.Poorside was in MP and Alhambra.Poorside is gone and Lomas is small now .The Asians took over.
