I caught a flat tire driving through the debris covered streets of New Orleans on September 13, 2005. One of the only businesses active in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina was St. Claudes Used Tire on St. Claude in the 9th Ward. That's where I was on my way to when I found a nail in my tire.
