EXCLUSIVE: Brooklyn NYPD cop in trouble after he gave prisoner back his phone — and suspect posted a video to Facebook while in custody

A Brooklyn cop is in hot water after he gave back a prisoner’s cellphone — and the suspect promptly took a video of himself ranting inside his holding cell. The prisoner uploaded the video to Facebook.

Housing cop John Grygorcewicz was issued a command discipline and may lose vacation days, officials said.

The trouble began Monday when Grygorcewicz was at the 69th Precinct stationhouse in Canarsie escorting prisoner Terrence (Krime Balla) Sheard, 29. Sheard had been arrested that afternoon for allegedly blankaulting his girlfriend during an argument in an apartment on E. 108th St.
