Four arrests made in Cutler-Orosi

Tulare County Sheriff’s Department North End Gang Violence Suppression Unit members made four arrests while working a safety detail in Cutler and Orosi on Saturday evening.
Raul Gomez and Christopher Carreon, both 18 and from the Cutler-Orosi area, were arrested on suspicion of violation of a gang injunction. They’re being held without bail.
In a separate incident, deputies arrested Salvador Guevara-Soto, 33, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale and Desirae Garza, 23, on a Fresno County felony warrant alleging possession of a controlled substance and transportation of a controlled substance with the intent to sell.
Guevara-Soto’s bail was set at $20,000; the bail on Garza’s warrant is $50,000.
