Two teens were stabbed yesterday during a bloody free-for-all between two rival student gangs at a rowdy Bronx high school — and officials said the melee was probably a revenge attack.

One 15-year-old boy was stabbed eight times with an “unconventional weapon” during the fight at Pelham Prep HS, said Department of Education spokesman Keith Kalb.

The boy was taken to Jacobi Hospital in serious condition after the noontime melee, which began on a second-floor stairwell and ended with up to 20 students battling in the basement.

Cops said another boy, a 16-year-old, was stabbed twice in the upper body and remained in stable condition at Jacobi.

A 15-year-old boy was also treated for a bloody nose, police said.

Officials were looking into reports the fight was in retaliation for a lunchtime scuffle Thursday between teenage followers of the Bloods gang and their rivals DDP (Dominicans Don’t Play).

Officials said no weapons had been recovered, but sources said a pen or a set of keys may have been used in the attacks.

“These two gangs — DDP and the Bloods — have been having problems for a while,” said student aide Wilson Soto, 19. “The fight started in the lunchroom yesterday and it just escalated.”

Eddie Staton, 16, said he saw between 15 and 20 teens going at it.

“I saw one kid swinging and stabbing the other one,” he said.
