Three men were arrested Thursday afternoon after a possibly gang related fight on Goleta Beach.

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department received a call around 4:30 p.m. about a large fight involving several young adults. Witnesses told deputies that two groups of people started fighting on the beach, and witnessed two people suffer lacerations.

Deputies said a car sped away from the scene, and hit a pickup on its way out. Not long after, Sheriff’s deputies found the car near Dos Pueblos High School. Deputies arrested a man near the school. Not far from the scene, deputies spotted a second man involved in the fight with a laceration on his back. He was also arrested.

Deputies said they also arrested a third man at the beach in connection with the fight who had suffered a laceration.
