POMONA, Calif. (KABC) — Police investigate a triple shooting in Pomona on Friday that killed two men. The third victim is in critical condition.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting in the 1000 block of East Mission Boulevard at about 10:45 p.m. Thursday. Two men were found dead inside a red vehicle, and a third man was found outside the vehicle with gunshot wounds. He was taken to USC Medical Center in critical condition.

Some neighbors reported hearing about four shots, possibly from a shotgun, but police could not confirm that information.

The names of the victims have not been released. Police are unsure if the shooting was gang related.

Anyone with information is urged to call the Pomona Police Department at (909) 622-1241.
