SANTA ANA, Calif. — Two men and one woman have been charged in the kidnapping and repeated torture of a prostitute in Orange County motels.

The three suspects were identified as Renice Stevenson Flores-Davis, 26, of Costa Mesa, Oscar Gonzalez-Salinas, 33, of Costa Mesa and Cierra Rose Thompson, 27, of Silverton, Oregon.

All three suspects were arrested at the Days Inn on the 2100 block of Newport Boulevard in Costa Mesa Monday.

Costa Mesa police say Flores-Davis hired the 26-year-old woman, identified only as Jane Doe, in May to perform commercial sex services. Investigators say Flores-Davis acted as Jane Doe’s pimp, working out of motels in Orange County.

On July 22, Flores-Davis allegedly burned the female victim with a heated glblank pipe used to ingest methamphetamine, tying her to a chair, blindfolding her and duct-taping her mouth.

“The defendant is accused of taking a meth pipe, burning the victim multiple times in the chest, causing second degree burns,” prosecutor Brad Schoenleben said.
